Shortly after beginning her career in out-patient orthopedics, she realized she had a passion for leadership and management, and had the opportunity to further those skills while working at one of the largest out-patient orthopedic Physical Therapy companies in the Chicagoland area. She gained experience in clinical operations as Facility Manager, and after 4 years became Area Manager in the western suburbs.

Dr. Duda enjoys treating a wide array of orthopedic impairments including injuries to the rotator cuff, spine, foot, and ankle. She especially enjoys treating patients with post-operative ACL and lumbar spine impairments. She has over 8 years of experience in Industrial Rehabilitation, on-site job coaching and has a passion for treating the whole injured worker and not just the injury to ensure optimal return to work function. She enjoys treating vestibular and balance dysfunction and injured runners as she is a marathon runner herself.

Throughout her career, Dr. Duda has learned to strive for the delivery of exceptional physical therapy care and customer service. She believes making her patients a priority and delivering the type of customer service one would want for their own family is key. While her clinical focus is correcting biomechanical dysfunction and treating the pathology, she believes the best clinical outcomes also require patient education. She enjoys educating patients on anatomy, mechanisms of biomechanical dysfunction, as well as injury prevention.

Dr. Duda is bilingual in Spanish and English, is an APTA credentialed Clinical Instructor, and in 2014 was named a 5 Star Physical Therapist by Chicago Magazine.
