Dr. Klaudia Glogowski, PT, DPT graduated from Loyola University Chicago where she earned her Bachelor in Science in Anthropology. She continued her education and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb in 2013. She chose a career in physical therapy after multiple reoccurring ankle injuries, those injuries and rehab experiences developed her passion to help people overcome injuries and get back to their active life as quick as possible.
When attending graduate school, Glogowski gained valuable experience as an outpatient therapist, she worked in an inpatient hospital setting, and worked with individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
Her experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting that specialized in industrial rehabilitation, geriatrics, athletes and general orthopedic provided invaluable experience as a clinician. It was in that setting she grew to become experienced, and well versed in treating orthopedic patients who had spine surgery, hip and knee replacements, rotator cuff surgery, meniscal repair, and ACL reconstruction.
Dr. Glogowski is bilingual in Polish. In her spare time, she enjoys staying fit and working out doing various activities, watching the Chicago Bulls and Bears, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is driven to work with patients to not only improve their function but teaching her patients how to sustain the goals they reached during therapy in order for them to get back to doing what they love and to maintain their daily, active life.
