Every session runs 7:30–9:00 AM. Show up ready to work.
One flat fee covers all three sessions.

Coach Dexter Molinaro: Served 4 seasons as the Associate Director of Football Performance at Division I University of Texas San Antonio where he played an integral part in the development of the Roadrunners football program. Coach Molinaro helped the roadrunners achieve back to back Conference USA Championships and 4 bowl game appearances. During his time the roadrunners earned a top 25 national program ranking for the first time in school history. Coach Molinaro trained standout NFL athletes including Riq Woolen, Spencer Burford, Sincere McCormick and Rashad Wisdom. His experience in developing high-level talent at UTSA has helped athletes reach the next level.
LaMoyne Hawley: Director of Sports Performance for Doctors of Physical Therapy. LaMoyne has over 30 years of experience in various Athletic Training and Strength and Conditioning roles.
