Dr. Kruhly is an occupational medicine clinical manager for Doctors of Physical Therapy’s on-site clinic with Dart Container in Chicago.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from DePaul University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dr. Kruhly earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago in 2015. He received the Jon Vanik Benevolence Award, which honors a graduating Physical Therapy student who demonstrates the qualities of professionalism, perseverance and humanism. Students receiving this award must be particularly well known for their respect and considerate nature when addressing peers, colleagues, and superiors both in the professional and community environment. He also received the Kari Gustafson Memorial Scholarship. This award honors a 2nd year entry level DPT student who demonstrates the true desire to become an excellent physical therapist, a positive attitude at all times, and maintain a balanced professional and personal life.
Prior to joining DPT, Dr. Kruhly worked for one of the largest occupational medicine providers in the nation in the busiest clinic in the Midwest. Dr. Kruhly treated patients with wide range of orthopedic conditions, prepared them for safe and timely return to work and conducted human-performance evaluations.
Dr. Kruhly is a strong supporter of individualized, evidence-based, manual therapy-focused treatment approach.
He earned certification in Dry Needling and completed training in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Cupping.
Dr. Kruhly is fluent in Russian, Belarussian, and Polish. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, swimming and rowing.
