Stop The

Spinning

When the world suddenly spins, it’s frightening, but often very treatable. For BPPV, the most common cause of vertigo, a simple repositioning maneuver can bring fast relief.

ABOUT THIS SERVICE

What Is Vertigo & BPPV Treatment?

Vertigo is a false sense of spinning, and its most common cause is BPPV, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, where tiny crystals in the inner ear move out of place. Physical therapists treat BPPV with canalith repositioning maneuvers (like the Epley) that move the crystals back, often relieving symptoms quickly. For other causes of vertigo, we use vestibular rehabilitation.

“Highest-quality people providing the most evidence-based medicine that produces the best outcomes and creates the best value.”
