About me

“I have 29 years of experience in the OT field and 13 years of those exclusively treating hand therapy patients with a varying degree of severity. I provide custom fabrication of splints as needed and also have training in the use of the Graston technique for soft tissue mobilization to improve functional movement and motion in a patient’s UE. Additionally, I have specialized training in completing functional capacity evaluations, which is a battery of tests to determine if someone is physically able to perform a particular job. I have a very hands-on approach with my patients and feel it is important to put my hands on all of them, allowing me to fully understand and assess the deficits and strengths of their injury. I love that I can help my patients achieve their goals and get back to living life.”

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy 1994
