About me
Quinn Hume, PT, DPT, CSCS is a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Exercise Science. After obtaining his degree, Quinn worked for over four
years as a personal trainer and group strength and conditioning coach prior to becoming a
physical therapist. He then obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern
University and has been devoted to achieving the best possible outcomes in his patient’s since.
Quinn loves providing patients with highly individualized exercise programs to help them resolve
pain, increase quality of life, and return back to their functional needs. He also uses a number of
evidence-based manual techniques to ensure his patients receive the best possible care. He is
a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist giving him expertise in corrective exercise, as well
as certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Graston) which he uses to restore
normal movement and reduce pain in his patients. Quinn is always looking for new ways to
expand his knowledge base and expertise through various continuing education opportunities.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
As an ex-wrestler in high school, Quinn enjoys working with combat and contact sports athletes of all kinds to help them return to sport and solve movement problems. However, Quinn enjoys working with all populations. In his free time, Quinn is also a fitness enthusiast, avid music fan, and loves spending time with his family.
