Sarah graduated from Michigan State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology as well as a Minor in Health Promotion and Wellness. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021 from Oakland University. Since graduating, Sarah has continued to expand her knowledge and skill set by obtaining certifications in Level I Dry Needling and LSVT BIG for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease.  

Sarah became interested in physical therapy due to her own injuries from playing sports. As she was going through the recovery process, she found that physical therapy perfectly combined her interests of human anatomy, biomechanics, and helping others.  

Sarah enjoys meeting different people and forming meaningful and lasting connections with her patients. She values spending quality one-on-one time with patients to determine the root cause of pain and functional limitations. Sarah’s favorite part of being a Physical Therapist is working together with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that will allow them to return to the activities they love to do, free of pain and limitations.
