COASTherapy was built in Orange County around a promise: all patients are treated like Olympians. The same focus, the same tools, and the same focused attention an elite athlete gets, whether you’re chasing a podium or chasing your grandkids.

Founder Aaron Kraai started folding towels at a physical therapy clinic at age 14. He opened the first Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in 2005 and built the company from nothing, with one goal: a PT organization where clinicians lead, patients win, and excellence is non-negotiable.
Today that network spans clinician-led clinics nationwide. COASTherapy is proud to be part of it, same trusted local team, now backed by a national standard of care.
