Orthopedic Physical Therapy grew across South Texas, Laredo, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, by being what our name says: your local physical therapist. Not a franchise feel. A clinic where they know your name and your goals.
We call it concierge-style care: personalized, hands-on treatment from licensed physical therapists, built around your life and your schedule. Our Del Rio neighbors know us as Amistad Physical Therapy, same family, same standard.

Built from zero, built for patients
Founder Aaron Kraai started folding towels at a physical therapy clinic at age 14. He opened the first Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in 2005 and built the company from nothing, with one goal: a PT organization where clinicians lead, patients win, and excellence is non-negotiable.
Today that network spans clinician-led clinics nationwide. Orthopedic Physical Therapy is proud to be part of it, same trusted local team, now backed by a national standard of care.
