Where we come from
Since 2006, Flex Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has given Council Bluffs a simple promise: you shouldn’t have to cross the river for great physical therapy. For two decades, our neighbors have healed right here at home.

Built from zero, built for patients
Founder Aaron Kraai started folding towels at a physical therapy clinic at age 14. He opened the first Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in 2005 and built the company from nothing, with one goal: a PT organization where clinicians lead, patients win, and excellence is non-negotiable.
Today that network spans clinician-led clinics nationwide. Flex Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is proud to be part of it, same trusted local team, now backed by a national standard of care.
