As a courtesy we file your insurance and try to verify coverage before treatment. Verification is not a guarantee of benefits, and anything insurance does not cover is ultimately the patient’s responsibility.

Payment at time of service

Co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are collected up front at each visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard, and extended payment plans are available on request.

Work comp and auto injuries

We are in network with Aetna Workers’ Comp Access, Corvel, Focus, Coastal Comp, and most workers’ compensation carriers. Tell us at scheduling and we handle the paperwork.
