Where we come from
In 2006, Sandra G. Terrazas, PT, founded Spectrum Physical Therapy in El Paso with a clear mission: deliver specialized, quality therapy care through a personal team, working ultimately for the same individual, the patient.
That mission grew into nine clinics across the El Paso area, including Horizon City, Socorro, and the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo community. We serve our city in English and Spanish, and we partner with home health agencies so care continues beyond our walls.

Built from zero, built for patients
Founder Aaron Kraai started folding towels at a physical therapy clinic at age 14. He opened the first Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in 2005 and built the company from nothing, with one goal: a PT organization where clinicians lead, patients win, and excellence is non-negotiable.
Today that network spans clinician-led clinics nationwide. Spectrum Physical Therapy is proud to be part of it, same trusted local team, now backed by a national standard of care.
