Helping DFW return to an active, healthy lifestyle since 2003.
Where we come from
Premier Rehab opened in 2003 with a mission we still say out loud: empower all people to return to an active and healthy lifestyle using world-class physical therapy. Today that means eight clinics across the DFW metro and a team with more than 250 years of combined experience.
We built our practice around options most clinics don’t offer, aquatic therapy, Mat and Reformer Pilates, dry needling, hand therapy, because no two bodies heal the same way. Your plan is built for you, focused, by a therapist who knows your name.
The clinician-led difference
Every leader at our practice, from clinic director to CEO, is a licensed physical therapist. Every clinical decision is made by someone who has treated patients.
Built from zero, built for patients
Founder Aaron Kraai started folding towels at a physical therapy clinic at age 14. He opened the first Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in 2005 and built the company from nothing, with one goal: a PT organization where clinicians lead, patients win, and excellence is non-negotiable.
Today that network spans clinician-led clinics nationwide. Premier Rehab is proud to be part of it, same trusted local team, now backed by a national standard of care.

You get a one-on-one evaluation with a licensed physical therapist and treatment starts the same day, with a hands-on approach and an individualized home program.
Your program goals are updated continuously to advance your recovery, and your physician gets a progress report at every re-evaluation.

For referring physicians
We work in collaboration with physicians across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, and a large network already knows us and trusts us with their patients.
Fax your physical therapy order to (817) 727-4319 or email newpatient@premierrehab.org. Our team reaches out to the patient to schedule at the clinic closest to them.
Patients are re-evaluated monthly, and you receive a progress report with our recommendations whenever they see you.
Our certified hand therapists work directly with hand surgeons, and our insurance verification team gets custom orthoses approved to lower the patient’s out-of-pocket cost.
