Where we come from
Premier Rehab opened in 2003 with a mission we still say out loud: empower all people to return to an active and healthy lifestyle using world-class physical therapy. Today that means nine clinics across the DFW metro and a team with more than 250 years of combined experience.
We built our practice around options most clinics don’t offer, aquatic therapy, Mat and Reformer Pilates, dry needling, hand therapy, because no two bodies heal the same way. Your plan is built for you, focused, by a therapist who knows your name.

Built from zero, built for patients
Founder Aaron Kraai started folding towels at a physical therapy clinic at age 14. He opened the first Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in 2005 and built the company from nothing, with one goal: a PT organization where clinicians lead, patients win, and excellence is non-negotiable.
Today that network spans clinician-led clinics nationwide. Premier Rehab is proud to be part of it, same trusted local team, now backed by a national standard of care.
