For decades, Mathis Physical Therapy has been the hometown choice for Manhattan, Junction City, Herington, and the communities around them. Our slogan says it all: Get Well…Stay Well. We don’t just treat what hurts, we help you keep it from coming back.
We call our approach concierge care, and it’s simple: you work with a licensed physical therapist who knows you, your goals, and your life here. That includes a dedicated pelvic rehabilitation clinic in Manhattan, specialized care you’d normally drive hours for.

Founder Aaron Kraai started folding towels at a physical therapy clinic at age 14. He opened the first Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in 2005 and built the company from nothing, with one goal: a PT organization where clinicians lead, patients win, and excellence is non-negotiable.
Today that network spans clinician-led clinics nationwide. Mathis Physical Therapy is proud to be part of it, same trusted local team, now backed by a national standard of care.
